Where's the blessings from God?

Everybody, regardless of their religion, wants to be happy, wants to be blessed, have prosperity and a sentimental life that is complete and fully successful. They really want what is best for their lives, and that is not bad, because God himself promised us a life and with abundance. So then we ask ourselves, why are so many people sick? How many tragedies have happened? How many people and youth who have had a marvelous life, with a secured future, sometimes have had it interrupted, due to some tragedy. (As we have seen in many cases during the end of this year.)The answer is very simple: the people generally remember God or hear Him, only in moments of pain; the majority doesn’t look for God to ask for protection, to walk with Him or to serve Him. And the Word of God teaches us, “Surely the arm of the LORD is not too short to save, nor his ear too dull to hear. But your iniquities have separated you from your God; your sins have hidden his face from you, so that he will not hear.” A lot of tragedies and problems could be pre vented, but they occur anyhow. And why? It is not because God cannot bless us or help, but the problem is that the iniquities and the sins prevent us from getting to Him, and the most important: “hear His voice.”This situation is not only for those that do not know Him, but many times for those who may already know Him. Do you know who hinders the blessing of God in our lives? Do you know where that which we most desire is: happiness, prosperity, marriage? In the hands of the Lord and the Word of God teaches us: When God works, who can prevent? In other words, when God acts, then no one and nothing can prevent Him, only ourselves, when we don’t listen to His voice. How many have been the messages that we see in the internet or in the church during a service or even when we are alone with God? And we know where we have to change but many times we do not change and that is why we “do not listen” to the voice of God. To know what we have to change is one thing, but to take the initiative to change is a completely different fact. For this reason a lot of blessings have not reached our lives. That is why it is important to change, and then surely the hand of God will reach to our lives. I’ve had a lot of experiences in relation to this. And meanwhile I waited for my family to change, my brothers, my husband to change, nothing happened. But after I took the initiative to change, first to change my interior, my attitudes, my thoughts to please God, then everything began to change. When I changed my interior, then the modification of my exterior became a consequence of it, and little by little the blessings began to arrive. And in every day we have to change something, and the more we change to please God, and be closer to Him, then He will also come closer with blessings in our lives. Problems we all have, but to overcome them and have victory it is necessary the use of conscientious faith and the obedience towards God. Then it is necessary to remove what is preventing Him from acting in our lives. Because us alone, we will not manage to change, and only in this manner will the promised blessings come in our direction and the impossible will turn possible. Be a blessing!!!--------------------

Good friend x Friend that is Good

There is a great difference between a “good friend” and “a friend that is good.” All of us have friends, it is impossible for one to live alone. It is necessary to have someone to share your moments of happiness, of frustrations, of disappointments. Having someone in whom we can trust to talk about our problems, someone that have a word that will lifts us up in a moment of pain. The problem is that many times we are “friends that are good” and we cannot be a “good friend.” Why? A friend that is good will listen to you, agree with you in almost everything, even when you make mistakes or behave badly, she will be insecure to speak the truth, but in her head she says “You see, that’s why her life doesn’t change” and at the moment she listen to you, but in her head or even with others she judges you and without you realizing she says bad things about you. When you buy clothes and ask her for her opinion, the clothes may be horrible but she will always say you look pretty… she is never able to be sincere, she just speaks so just in case you need something, she will be available for you. But time passes and when you need her, she cannot be there for you, when you have a complaint against someone or something, instead of helping you look at it with good eyes, she put “more wood to the bonfire” that is, put more fire to the problem and feeds even more your bad eyes. So, these are the characteristics of a “friend that is good.” On the contrary, a “good friend” is she who is true. She listens to your frustrations, your sorrow, your disappointments, but her words always strengthen you, they pick you up. She always takes things to the good side and has good eyes in all situations. When you says something that was truly unthinkable or if you didn’t watch your words, she’ll say “no, it’s not that way,” her example teaches you and even when she doesn’t speak, she is talking to you. As time passes by, we learn a lot and we see that truly time is our teacher. I have learned a lot. I used to speak without thinking. It’s not that I was a bad person, but because of the lack of God in my life, the lack of communion with Him, the lack of sincerity of friends that we good, and because of lack of experience, I lost many times the opportunity to stay quiet and also of being a “good friend,” and I know that because of this, I stopped giving a good testimony of a woman of God, I stopped helping someone by my side and I know that in that time I was judged but not taught. Very few were “good friends,” that instead of judging me, they would teach me with example, with love, they corrected me, and with patience they showed me the true love of a friendship. It is much easier to judge someone than to teach them, easier to criticize than teach the truth, to stay quiet than to be honest and let time help that person. After a long time, only on God’s dependence, He taught me that we must always be sincere with our friends, to stop judging and help those that are by our side. Friendship is like the love of God for us, it is patient, loyal, true, helpful, it lends to others, it doesn’t judge, it teaches. Thank you to all my “good friends” that picked me up, helped me and taught me, but above everyone, my true friend is Jesus. He is who understand us, who has patience with us, who sees us with good eyes, with mercy and compassion. It is wonderful to learn on our own, but many falls could be avoided when we have and are “good friends” instead of being and having friends that are good. If it is so, we will avoid many problems in our life.

Experience of a follower

Two months and fifteen days ago, I went through the worst experience of my life, I lost my love, I lost the man that was able to make me happy after so many frustrations, with this experience I was able to understand that God allows for certain things to happen in our lives because he knows that we can withstand it. At the first moment I thought that I would not be able to bear this great pain in my life, not having my love by my side everyday, that care that he gave me through the phone, through love letters, gestures, attitudes, presents… even now I don’t know how I am going to go on, I am still a bit lost, but I know that God put me in His arms and that is why I feel comforted. I feel that He is taking care of my heat so that I will not lose the will to live, the will of being a happy person, and the most important, the certainty that in that day, God took him in His arms and he is know in a place of rest, so that in this very special day we will meet each other like good siblings in Christ, we will embrace one another, this is the faith and certainty that I have in my heart, that in the day in which God comes to take His church, we will meet in Heaven, I know that we will not have fleshly desires, but the most beautiful thing we had will continue, that is the true love, I believe this, because I fear and believe in a living God and I know that this same God is taking care of my soul so that I can carry through this situation without exasperating and without losing any crazy act, because I am His daughter and since the womb of my mother He had already been taking care of me.

English- Precious Moments

Precious moments are those in which we have experiences with our God. There are many precious moments in our life, moments in which we are happy, others in which we are anxious, moments of pain, moments of anger, moments of deception, but when we forget all this and we put ourselves to the feet of the One who created us, Who knows us very well, better than any other person, we try to forget this moments without caring if they were sad or happy, but we know that all moment can be improved by the precious moments in the presence of God, because if you have to worry about something, worry about things of Above, not with the thing of here on earth, because the things here are temporary, but the ones from Above are eternal, so it shows the Word of God. All of us, human being, need nourishment, need the air to breath, need of daily support to survive physically, and the same way so that we can survive and continue in the spiritual world, we need of moments with God, that are nothing more than the “precious moments.” Many are the people that have the habit of separating a moment of there day to reserve it for God- many know that this is necessary but they do not practice it nor reserve any moment for the Creator, but it is much easier to spend hours in the internet than reading the Bible for 15 minutes, and it is even easier and better to have free time, time to watch T.V than going to church and participating of a service. Some people even do this but not with the dedication that God is worthy of. It is necessary to watch ourselves. Nowadays there isn’t a lack of daily tasks: school, the kids, the house, job, cleaning, our health. Phew! There are many things we have to do in only one day, but even so we need to be determined to put seeking God in first place in our lives, on the contrary, we will be running all day and never reach or goals and objectives. Remember Mary and Martha, let’s choose the best part- to stay at the feet of Jesus and not worry about our daily chores. It is clear that we have to do everything, but it is necessary to make a plan for our day. I have been experiencing this precious moments with God for many years now. I have been through very tough situations in my life and I was only able to conquer such difficulties and still conquer them and other obstacles every day because we only and simply conquer by being at the feet of the Lord, because only then we can learn to depend on Him and live by the faith. Try giving the first 30 minutes of your day to God, giving Him honor in firs place and you will see how many precious moments you will have with Him, and certainly the rest of your day will be good and you will see how easy it will be to overcome all the challenges and moments that are hard, arduous, painful or happy This is why we have this space on this blog that was created with His direction so that He can use each one of the readers to have experiences that will help us, pick us up and strengthen us.
